About Hardy Daylily Garden

2010 is out 30th year open! We grow over 1000 varieties of Daylilies on 2 acres. Some are our own seedlings and others are name varieties. Plants are dug for you as you shop in the garden. We are not set up for mail order and focus on visitors in person at the garden. This garden is not really a tourist attraction since we’re only open specific days and hours. If you don’t know about this garden, you may not find it. We think of it more as a private hidden garden that is tucked away. For some, it can be a 15 minute drive and for others we may be up to or more than an hour depending on if you’re coming from CT, MA, or NY.

We are open in 2010, Thursdays through Sundays 9 AM - 5 PM. This is rain or shine, July 1, 2010 - Aug 8, 2010. Outside of these hours we are open only by appointment.

Directions: We are off route 112, opposite Lime Rock Park (outfield entrance), take dugway road, follow daylily signs to our garden.

Thanks for the question. Our garden has a variety or named daylilies and quite a lot of seedlings. We also have some Hosta. We’re not set up for mail order so prefer to have guests in the garden experience beauty and varieties in person.

    Hi Gerald and Marilyn,
Remember “Christ Bearing the Cross” Barb and I live in western Colorado. that is still my favorite painting.

Visited late in July or early last Aug and filled the back
of my wife’s convertible. Did meet your cocker then, so sorry to hear that she’s gone. We have a black and tan (Lucy) she’s 1 and 1/2… We’ll see you again soon.
